Between 11 und 13 June 2004, there was standing room only on the Isle of Wight ferries as revived festival took places. Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, The Charlatans, Snow Patrol, Steve Harley, Electric Soft Parade, The Stands, Duke Spirit e.v.a. live rockbands.
The Isle of Wight Festivals were landmark moments for a generation - sitting alongside Glastonbury and Woodstock in the annals of music festival history. Bus in 1970 in Act of Parliament outlawed an event which, at its height, saw over half a million people chilling out in the island's fields.
